Regardless if you are here to just have a look around at new courses I have added or to just grab a quick recipe, please know I appreciate your trust. This is an industry I have not only a deep passion for but humbled respect for all who are like me and have the heart to serve others to help them live well.

If you are new here, I would like to share a  little about me.  I am a Nutritionist & Wellness Expert and have been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years!  

My intrigue for nutrition and fitness started in my teens when I found myself struggling with my weight and negative self-body image. I battled bulimia for a short time and during that time I discovered the world of nutrition, dietetics, Fitness consulting, and teaching. 

I went on and earned a degree in Nutrition and picked up a natural healthcare practitioner certification, fitness certifications (among other things).


Education and continuing that education is everything in this industry;

Because the truth is, we don’t know what we don’t know. So much of what we’re taught (or not taught) about nutrition is skewed or generalized. Everybody is different and therefore so are their needs.


My focus is to help you live your healthiest. Our upbringing, economic backgrounds, and lives are all so varied - there's a beauty in that. There is no ONE RIGHT way to wellness, but there is ONE RIGHT path for you and I can help you find it!
